Debbie Dugan Group
Debbie Dugan has been a licensed massage therapist since 2006, specializing in medical massage throughout her career. Her expertise includes post-cosmetic and reconstructive surgery recovery, oncology massage, chronic pain management, and pregnancy and postpartum care. In addition, she is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and a Physical Therapist Assistant, giving her a strong clinical background to support complex client needs.

After working in both healthcare and spa settings, Debbie founded Via Medical Massage in 2019. What began as a solo practice has grown rapidly, with three locations across Lincoln and Elkhorn and a skilled team of providers. Her mission remains the same today as it was at the start: to ensure that massage therapy is recognized as a safe, effective modality and that it holds a rightful seat at the healthcare table.

Beyond her clinical work, Debbie is passionate about connecting with fellow business owners, building trust,
and supporting community wellbeing.
